Stamps to Branch Office in CSI

In CSI stamps, IPOs are termed as materials just like inventories in finacle. Sending stamp means Remove materiel from Stock. Manual indent send from Branch Post Offices and Sub Post offices should remove the materials that is Stamps from the stock.  Later on behalf of BO SO has to Receive  Stamps

To Remove materials Following steps should be performed

Log in SAP as Treasurer and type T-code MIGO in the Easy Access Window

Select Options A09Remove from storage and R10Other and choose  Movement type as 313

Doc Header Text  as Remove  and Click Print enabler

Complete the following Details in Transfer Posting Tab

i) Enter Material to be sent to BO in Materials  , in Quantity enter Quantity requested by BO

ii) In Plant choose Head Post Office ID

iii)Choose from Stor Loc as  subofficecode and DestStor Loc as Branch office code

Choose Detail Data   and  Select all row item and Put Check mark in Item OK

From Hold Check and Post Click Check , Document OK  message appears when everything is correct and click  Post

Document Number will appear. note down and Stamps can be now sent to Branch Office
